Join us for a special gathering to celebrate the birth of Lisa’s new book, Follow the Feeling: A Roadmap to Emotional Freedom.
This class is an opportunity to drop the reasoning and the mental chatter and let the yoga practice work its magic. Relaxing tension naturally opens the fluid channels inside, leading us to a state of bliss. Gentle pranayama, guided meditations, yin and restorative poses, married with loving awareness will bring you deep into the expansive open experience that is closer to the truth of who you are. This class will feature a couple of the meditations from Lisa’s new book.
Lisa will be selling and signing her book this event. Stick around to share in snacks, chai and friendship. This party is free to the public, so please spread the word and invite your friends.
