Fall Restorative Yoga Workshop with Alana Mitnick

Relaxation takes practice. As we become more relaxed and receptive physically, as well as emotionally, our energy and capacity expands.
In this cozy two-hour workshop we will ease into a state of deep conscious relaxation and peace. Using props to support the body, we will explore deeply restful restorative postures, gentle breath awareness, and meditation techniques designed to stimulate and promote the parasympathetic nervous system. You will feel more calm, balanced, and rejuvenated.
No yoga experience necessary. All welcome!
