Winter is coming (I almost give the workshop this title). As we move towards the Winter Solstice, let’s make friends with the darkness and increase our capacity to experience (and access) the light within.
Yin Yoga is an edgy and intimate practice, inviting to feel and sense the obvious and subtle layers within ourselves. Together we will be offering ourselves to Yin shapes passively, for a length of time, with the intention of awakening the connective tissue, as well as the deeper rivers and streams within, known as meridians/chi. We will also experiment with simple techniques to help us work with our minds a more skillful and loving way – in preparation for meditation.
No experience needed. All welcome!
